Cartoons featuring economic sanctions exhibited in Parliament

TEHRAN, April 13 (MNA) – The Parliament speaker has opened the exhibition featuring ‘economic sanctions,’ and ‘sweet life.’
Attending in the opening ceremony were Azizi, Shirvan’s representative and the head of Parliament social commission; Seyed Hadi Mowlavi dust, the general director of the Public Relations and International Affairs Office of the Hozeh Honari (body coordinating and patronizing general art in Iran); Khosrow Zeinalpour, director of Education and Research Center, and Meisam Moradi Binabaj, the head of Northern Khorasan Province Hozeh Honari’s local office as the director of the exhibition.

The event exhibits 70 selected cartoons from two nationwide cartoon festival, with 35 works featuring economic sanctions and 35 works featuring ‘sweet life’ in 50 in 70 centimeter-sized tableaux.

These two nationwide festivals were held in 2011 entitled ‘economic sanctions,’ and the other in 2013 entitled ‘sweet life and Iranian lifestyle,’ both in Northern Khorasan province.
