After Iranian oil ministry threatened to cut oil exports to EU countries,  Iran state media (Press TV) announced to cut oil exports to six EU countries, but less than an hour foreign media said that Iran’s Oil Ministry denied it.

“We deny this report … If such a decision is made, it will be announced by Iran’s Supreme National Security Council,” the spokesman of the  Oil Ministry told Reuters.

At first glance it seems a game, but further news would be determinative.
