Tabriz, East Azarbaijan Prov, March 16, IRNA – Foreign investment in Aras Free Trade Zone is welcomed, Deputy Foreign Minister for Asia-Pacific Affairs Ebrahim Rahimpour said here on Sunday.
He made the remarks in a meeting with the local officials.

Rahimpour underlined that Aras Free Trade Zone enjoys good potentials for investment.

“Iran is committed to expand all out relations with Azerbaijan Republic and speed up execution of joint projects with Baku in Aras Free Trade Zone.”

Aras Free Trade Zone is located in northwest Iran, neighboring Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic. The Aras Free Zone includes 51,000 hectares of land.
