TEHRAN (FNA)- The upcoming referendum in Crimea is in full conformity with international law and the UN Charter, and its results must become a starting point in decision on the future of the peninsular, the Facebook page of the Russian Foreign Ministry quoted Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov as saying in a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State John Kerry.
"The minister also drew attention to the fact that the current Kiev authorities must curb the rampage of ultra-nationalist and radical groups, terrorizing other-minded people, Russian-speaking population, our fellow countrymen," the report said, ITAR-TASS reported.
