Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei plans to visit Iran on March 16-17, according to spokesman of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Mironchuk, BELTA reports.
Makei will meet Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Speaker of Parliament Ali Larijani, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Minister of Industries and Business Mohammadreza Nematzadeh (co-chair of the Belarusian-Iranian Commission for Economic Cooperation).
They will discuss bilateral relations, implementation of Geneva agreements in January 2014, expansion of cooperation in education, science, culture, sports and tourism.
