New York, March 13, IRNA – Vice-President for Women and Family Affairs Shahindokht Molaverdi met and conferred with Maria Bandeira, Executive Secretary of the Secretariat of Public Policies for Women of the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil, on Thursday.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 58th meeting of the commission to find mechanisms of mutual cooperation, especially in the field of exchange of experience on women empowerment.

The Iranian official said the meeting will prepare the ground for mutual ties in the field of women and family.

She said the Ianian Government is ready to sign agreement with Brazil for the two-way cooperation in family and women.
