Tehran, Jan 2, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesman Marziyeh Afkham on Sunday strongly condemned the inhumans terrorist explosions in the city of Hermel in east Lebanon.
According to the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Afkham condemning the terrorist attack expressed sympathy with bereaved families and prayed for speedy recovery of those injured in the terrorist attack.

There is no doubt that the atrocities and crimes of terrorist groups such as Al-Nusra Front in Lebanon and other parts in the region are in line with the interests of the Zionist regime which is bent on damaging the country’s national unity, stability and security.

The Lebanese people as well as religious and political leaders are vigilant vis-a-vis the seditious acts of the enemies and never let the country experience instability, Afkham said.

A car bomb exploded near Lebanon?s northern border with Syria, killing at least four people and wounding over 70 others.

The blast happened on Saturday near a petrol station in the northeastern city of Hermel in the Bekaa Valley.
