Iran, Lebanon discuss regional developments, Bilateral ties

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and Lebanon's Prime Minister Najib Miqati held talks over the latest international and regional developments and stressed the need to enhance all-out relations between Tehran and Beirut.


In a meeting on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in Germany on Saturday, the two officials exchanged views on important regional and international issues as well as mutual cooperation.

Iran and Lebanon enjoy cordial relations and have further expanded these ties in recent years.

The two sides have exchanged several delegations of high-ranking officials in the last three years.
