The Academy Award winning English composer Stephen Warbeck is slated to hold workshop on the sidelines of Iran’s 2014 Fajr International Film Festival.
Warbeck won fame when his music appeared in 1995 TV movie Prime Suspect. He received Oscar award for his creation in John Madden’s blockbuster film Shakespeare in Love in 1998.
Warbeck also contributed to Iranian filmmaker Ahmad Reza Darvish’s religious drama He Who Said No.
In recent years Stephen has written scores for more than forty television plays or films.
Italian cinematographer Vittorio Storaro will also attend the year’s festival to hold a workshop.
Vittorio Storaro is also the award winning cinematographer who won Oscars for Apocalypse Now, Reds and The Last Emperor.
This year's edition of Iran’s most important film presentation and competition festival - the International Fajr Film Festival- has kicked off in the country’s capital of Tehran on February 1 and will run until February11, 2014.
