Nasim—Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote on his face book page that EU High representative Catherine Ashton and he has agreed to have a meeting late February. He blamed Chinese side for the delay in holding new rounds of talk, saying that they failed to set time due to New Year holiday in china.
He added that he will host dome European and other officials in upcoming days, including former Russia and France foreign Minister, Italian Culture minister and Turkey Prime Minister.
