Tehran, Jan 22, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani said here Wednesday that Tehran does not pin much hope in the international conference on Syria to be held in the Swiss city today.
The President made the remarks prior to his departure for the World Economic Forum, slated for January 22-25.

He told IRNA that he is not optimistic about the conference due to the existing circumstances.

Tehran believes that the Geneva II talks will not be successful in fighting terrorism, the President reiterated.
