Iranian, S. Korean judicial officials confer

Kuala Lumpur, Jan 21, IRNA – A visiting Iranian delegation from Majlis Legal and Judicial Commission held talks with top South Korean judicial officials in Seoul on Tuesday.
The objective of the Iranian parliamentary delegation?s visit is to become familiar with South Korean legal and judicial system and the process of legislation in the National Assembly of Korea.

The Iranian delegation arrived in South Korea on January 12.

In a meeting with Majlis delegation, Iranian Ambassador to Seoul Ahmad

Ma’soumifar underlined that a South Korean delegation, led by the National Assembly Speaker Kang Chang-hee, is scheduled to pay an official visit to Tehran next Sunday.

Ma’soumifar stressed that expansion of mutual ties, parliamentary relations in particular, is vital for both nations.

He added that Chang-hee is scheduled to meet President Hassan Rouhani and Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani, during his three-day stay in Tehran.
