Tehran, Jan 20, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif left Tehran for Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, Monday morning to attend the 13th Joint Iran-Turkmenistan Economic Commission meeting.
The 13th Joint Iran-Turkmenistan Economic Commission is held on January 20-21 in the Turkmen capital.
A joint trade conference to be attended by about 80 representatives of businessmen and officials from governmental and private sectors of Iran and their Turkmen counterparts will also be held on the sidelines of joint commission meeting.
The 12th Joint Iran-Turkmenistan Economic Commission meeting was held in Tehran in July 2012. Iran and Turkmenistan signed cooperation pact in 30 paragraphs in energy and fuel, economy and commerce, transportation and communication, agriculture and water management and cultural agreement signed by the two countries? foreign ministers.
