Tehran, Jan 9, IRNA – A Foreign Ministry official said remarks of the French Interior Minister on the connection of a French comedian with Iran is ?baseless?.

According to the report of Foreign Ministry website, the official said that remarks of the French Interior Minister Manuel Valls concerning connection of French comedian Dieudonne with Iran is ?incorrect? and a kind of attributing one?s problems to others.


French Dieudonne, who has been accused of making anti-Jewish remarks, has been banned to perform shows in some French cities.

Referring to Iran’s principled policy not to interfere in domestic affairs of other countries, the official urged the French Interior Minister to find roots of problems and present appropriate solutions for them.
