The third edition of Iran’s National Photo Festival has kicked off during a ceremony held at the Iranian Academy of Arts (IAA) in Tehran.
Head of Iran’s Cinema Organization Hojjatollah Ayoubi and director of Iranian Young Cinema Society (IYCS) Habib Ilbeygi along with a number of photo artists and scholars attended the ceremony held on January 4, 2014.

A number of rtists were honored at the gala for their creations in different sections of the exhibited works.

Hossein Nikzad, Abbas Rastegar, Arvin Azima, Ebrahim Bakhtiari, Ali Akbari and  Azam Sabbagh were named as the winners of the nature section who took honorary diplomas.

Arvin Rousta received the honorary diploma of the youth in the people and nature section of the event while the special award of this section went to Vahid Varasteh.

The participated artists at the festival were required to focus on the theme of “Iran’s Beautiful Nature."
