TEHRAN Dec 14 (Shana): Iran’s Petroleum Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh received former petroleum ministers in his office on Thursday.
The meeting between Zanganeh and five of his predecessors at the Petroleum Ministry lasted more than two hours.


The participants included Ali-Akbar Moinfar, Gholam-Reza Aqazadeh, Mohammad Gharazi, Gholam-Hossein Nozari and Kazem Vaziri-Hamaneh.

Zanganeh said Rostam Qasemi and Masoud Mir-Kazemi had been also invited, but they failed to attend.

“We didn’t have any specific agenda and we discussed oil and relevant issues,” Zanganeh said.

He added that such meetings are expected to continue.

Zanganeh said the next meeting of former ministers with him will be held early next calendar year which starts in March 2014.
