Geneva, Nov 24, IRNA – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that the final agreement in Geneva put an end to a decade-long unnecessary crisis.
“We did a great work for ending an unnecessary crisis,” Zarif said.
Zarif thanked the Swiss government for its hospitality, the reporters for their round-the-clock news coverage and EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton for her cooperation and efforts which helped Iran and the Group 5+1 reach an agreement.
“It is very important that we ended an unnecessary crisis on the basis of respecting Iranians’ rights and removing any doubt towards Iran’s nuclear program and I am sure that through further cooperation we can proceed,” Zarif said.
