Geneva, Nov 23, IRNA – As Tehran and six world powers appeared to be on the verge of a breakthrough in the decade-long dispute, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said here on Saturday that he was hopeful of reaching an agreement between Iran and P5+1 in the Swiss city.
