Moscow, Nov 20, IRNA – An Iranian deputy foreign minister said here Tuesday that international community should block the way for forwarding weapons for terrorists in order to achieve success in Geneva II Conference, and solve Syrian crisis politically.
“Some countries, particularly western powers, should stop sending weapons to Syria and if those countries would have a resolute will to resolve the Syrian crisis, the success of Geneva II Conference can be guaranteed,” Hossein Amir Abdollahian told IRNA in Moscow.
He added, “The success of Geneva II Conference depends on international and regional cooperation and the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready for any kind of regional, or international cooperation aimed at solving the Syrian crisis and restoration of peace and stability there.”
