TEHRAN (ISNA)- Chairman of Iran's Topography Organization Mahmoud Ilkhan said the country has designed and built a drone for aerial photography to prepare technical maps.
"Now, with the help of Tehran University, a research project on unmanned drone for aerial photography to make technical maps is underway whose results will be finalized in the next few months," Ilkhan told ISNA.

He expressed the hope that the drone would do successfully for technical mapping in urban areas.
