Beijing, Nov 5, IRNA – Visiting senior member of the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) Hossein Sheikholeslam has said Iran, China and Russia are sensitive about stability of the Middle East.
Speaking to IRNA, Sheikholeslam, also an advisor to Majlis speaker for International Affairs, said the three countries should make western states realize that regional crises, that of the Syria in particular, should be only solved through peaceful and democratic ways.
“The Northwest Asia is a significant region specially for its energy resources,” said the MP stressing, “One who rules this region, in fact, rules the entire world,”
Sheikholeslam was a member of a delegation accompanying Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani in his visit to China.
Larijani arrived in China last Tuesday heading a high-ranking delegation at the invitation of chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People’s Congress Zhan De Jiang.
Current Iran-China-Russia cooperation against aggressors as well as bullying and expansionist powers is effective and “highly important for the future of the region,” he stressed.
Sheikholeslam noted that the three capitals should continue their cooperation along with other independent countries believing regional and international issues should be solved through negotiations.
