“Mohammad Reza Barari’s bronze medal (at the 105kg) was obviously a huge inspiration. He encouraged me to win the medal,” Moulaei said.
“I was under pressure but I am so glad now since Iran flag has been hoisted. Thanks to those who helped me to win the medal, in particular my parents, Hossein Rezazadeh (head of Iran Weightlifting Federation) and Bagheri. I dedicate my medal to Bagheri,” he added.
