TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran has been the world's 15th largest steelmaker in the first 8 months of 2013, World Steel Association said in a report.
Iran's steel output totaled 9.955.000 tons in the 8 months of the current year, the organization reported.

China's output reached 521.839.000 and it was followed by Japan whose output totaled 73.150.000 tons. The US with 57.944.000 tons of production came third.

Iran's steel output rose 3.1 percent in the above-mentioned.
