TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian researchers have managed to discover a new type of hexapods.
Collembola, is a new type of hexapods discovered for the first time in the world by Iranian researchers in western city of Kermanshah.

The new type named Hypogastruridae belongs to the category of Hypogastrurapersica which has been found for the first time in the world.

This type is very similar to H. exigua and H.magistri, but are different in terms of body size and dens.

Results of the report has been published in Zootaxa Journal.
