United Nations, Sept27, IRNA – Indian Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid described Tehran-New Delhi ties as solid.
He made the remarks here in an exclusive interview with IRNA on the sideline of the 68th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
He said relations with Iran is important for the future of Afghanistan and peace and stability in the country.
He reiterated that Iran and India as two friendly countries could play a key role in Afghanistan as of 2014.
He also stressed further expansion of the amicable ties between the two nations.
Khurshid said New Delhi welcomes Iran’s constructive and active role in Afghanistan.
