TEHRAN (FNA)- The Foreign Relations and Defense Commission of Brazil’s lower house formed a delegation to go to Russia and interview National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden about spying on Brazil.
It would require Moscow’s approval for the delegation to speak with Snowden.
Officials must speak with Snowden because revelations of NSA spying on Brazil have shown "the total vulnerability" of communications for the government and private citizens alike, Deputy Ivan Valente said.
Documents leaked by Snowden indicate Brazil is the top Latin American target for US spying.
