The Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency has kicked off a fresh round of talks in Vienna. The I-A-E-A Director General Yukio Amano says he's hopeful for a new constructive cooperation with Iran’s new government over the country’s nuclear issue.
Iran’s new envoy to I-A-E-A Reza Najafi-who is also a very experienced diplomat-- is heading the Iranian delegation. Many call him a moderate diplomat who might bring some wind of change in the negotiation process.

Over the past decade the U-S and its allies have derailed Iran's initiatives which were designed to prove that the country's nuclear program is solely for peaceful purposes. Those countries also used false information to accuse Iran of developing a nuclear weapon and impose illegal sanctions against the country.

A new round of talks is scheduled to be held between Tehran and the IAEA in Vienna on September 27. A meeting with the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Iran is also expected soon. The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran has expressed hope that the upcoming talks would bear tangible results.

Cooperation instead of confrontation seems to be the new motto for the IAEA Board of Governors. Both sides have pointed to the real steps and arguments that are needed to be shown in order to recreate mutual trust to find a diplomatic solution during the upcoming working sessions.
