Parliament, National libraries to attend Frankfurt book fair

Iran’s Library, Museum and Document Center of Parliament and National Library and Archives are slated to take part in the 2013 Frankfurt International Book Fair.
The libraries are programmed to showcase their products in a joint pavilion at the fair, Mehr News Agency has reported.

Iran’s remarkable manuscripts, dissertations, digital scripts, important publications are some of the products that will be displayed at the pavilion.

Iran has planned to run a 200-square-meter pavilion in the international section of the fair and a 40-square-meter space at the children’s section of the exhibit.

The books will cover different subjects including history, religion, poetry, art, literature, Sacred Defense, wisdom and philosophy.

Over 7,000 exhibitors from 100 countries of the world will flock to this year’s Frankfort book fair to present their works.

Established in1949, Frankfurt International Book Fair is the world’s largest book exhibition.

The fair, which is always exciting and innovative, plays an important part in the publication industry in the world.

The 65th Frankfurt book exhibition is programmed to take place from October 9 to 13, 2013.
