The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Minister denounced the Israeli regime’s move to fly fighter jets over Beirut during the funeral of late leaders of Hezbollah, Seyed Hassan Nasrallah and Seyed Hashem Safieddine.

According to The Iran Project, In a post on his X account on Sunday, Esmaeil Baqaei said the Zionist regime’s move “not only constitutes a blatant violation of the territorial integrity and national sovereignty of Lebanon, but also represents an act of terrorism and must be unanimously condemned by the United Nations Security Council.”

“The Israeli regime displayed a new level of shamelessness and lawlessness today. The fighter jets of the Zionist regime conducted two rounds of extremely low-altitude flights over the stadium where the funeral ceremony of the martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safieddine was being held, in an attempt to intimidate the hundreds of thousands of Lebanese and non-Lebanese mourners who had gathered to pay their respects to their martyred heroes. What a futile delusion!”, he added.

The Israeli fighter jets on Sunday buzzed over the funeral ceremony in Beirut.
