At least six people, including a local commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), have been killed in two separate terrorist attacks in the country’s southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan close to the border with Pakistan.
According to The Iran Project, Governor of Nik-Shahr County, Mojib Hassani, said four people were fatally shot in the Bent district of the region on Tuesday morning, when several terrorists opened fire on them as they were returning from a charity ceremony at a school in the area.
He identified the victims as Abdollah Kadkhodaei, IRGC commander of Bent district of Nik-Shahr County, Yousef Shirani, head of Bent Municipal Council, as well as conscripts Javad Sadati and Mojib Baluchi.
