Iran has handed over 59 Pakistani nationals to the security forces on the Pakistan-Iran border after apprehending them for living in the country without valid travelling documents.
These Pakistanis were handed over by Iranian security forces to Pakistan’s Levies force, a paramilitary force, deployed on the border in Balochistan’s Taftan area Thursday, the Daily Times reported Friday.
After initial examination, the deportees were shifted to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) custody for further interrogation.
