Turkey's trade volume with Iran is aimed to growing

Turkey's Minister of Customs and Trade Hayati Yazici said they aimed to reach 30 billion USD on spur of the improving foreign trade volume between Turkey and Iran.


Yazici, meeting with Ambassador of Iran to Turkey Ali Riza Bigdeli, said volume of trade between Turkey and Iran was behind the potential, said a statement issued by the ministry.

"We want to carry the trading volume one step further" said the minister.

Yazici said "The two countries have great responsibilities and roles with regard to reach 30 billion USD in trading volume. We, as Minister of Customs and Trade, endeavor for achieving this target in consideration of works in revenue administrations and reciprocal agreements in the field of customs between the two countries."

Meanwhile, the Iranian Ambassador Bigdeli was pleased with the cooperation and said "We may achieve the goals by working out."
