Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian left Tehran for Ashgabat a few minutes ago in order to meet and talk with the officials of Turkmenistan.

According to The Iran Project,Talks on issues of mutual interest, especially economic and commercial issues, transit, energy and the fight against terrorism, will be among the most important topics discussed during this trip.

In this trip, Kazzemi Qomi, the special representative of the president for Afghanistan affairs, Demirchilou, the director general of Eurasia, and Alireza Mahmoudi, the consular director general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accompany Amirabdollahian.
