Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi says that the current situation in Gaza is a clear manifestation of the unjust systems that have been dominating the world for many years.
According to The Iran Project,“The genocide and crime against humanity happening in Gaza necessities, more than ever before, the cooperation to replace the current unjust system with a just order,” Raisi said in a meeting with visiting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on Wednesday.
The Iranian president said in the meeting that Iran is ready for expansion of economic relations with all republics governed by the Russian Federation, including the Muslim-majority Tatarstan.
He hailed the role played by Minnikhanov in the strategic management of Russia’s relations with the Muslim world and said that Iran and Tatarstan can boost their ties in the fields of economy manufacturing, science and tourism.
Raisi said Iran and Russia have shared a common and united stance in opposing unilateralism and have maintained their independence in the face of global hegemony.
Minnikhanov, for his part, thanked Raisi for his efforts to bolster regional cooperation and briefed the Iranian president about meetings and engagements planned for his visit to Tehran.
He also said that Tatarstan and pother republics in Russia wish to hold exhibitions of Iranian manufacturing and agriculture products to help boost trade ties with Iran.
