Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein AmirAbdollahian met and held talks with the Hezbollah chief in the Lebanon capital on Saturday.

According to The Iran Project,Amir-Abdollahian and the Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah Resistance movement Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah discussed a variety of issues regarding the developments in the region and the situation in the Gaza Strip during the meeting. 

Iran's envoy to Beirut Mojtaba Amani was also present at the meeting.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian arrived in Beirut on Friday evening.

Upon his arrival, the Iranian top diplomat was welcomed by Iranian diplomats residing in Lebanon and Resistance envoys.
