In a meeting with Iranian top diplomat, Saudi ambassador conveyed the Saudi king's message to President Ebrahim Raisi on Thursday.

According to The Iran Project,Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian received the Saudi ambassador in Tehran Abdullah bin Saud al-Anzi on Thursday.

In this meeting, the Saudi ambassador conveyed the Saudi king's message to President Raeisi in response to his message regarding the developments in Gaza.

The letter submitted by the Saudi envoy also contained congratulations from Saudi Arabia’s king and crown prince on the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

In this meeting, Amir-Abdullahian expressed his satisfaction with the growing trend of relations between the two countries and expressed hope that these relations will increase in a balanced manner in all fields and levels.

He also considered the increase of bilateral cooperation in the interest of both countries and the region.

The Saudi envoy, for his part, emphasized that Saudi Arabia's view on the relations between the two countries is strategic.
