Hossein Abouzari of Iran claimed a silver medal at the Zagreb Open.

According to The Iran Project,Jason Nolf from the US defended his 74kg gold medal with an impressive show throughout the day.

Abouzari was the second Iranian wrestler who tried to stop Nolf from winning the gold medal. Yones Emami was in the final last year but Abouzari defeated him 4-4 in the quarterfinals to advance.

The Ranking Series event started on January 10 in Zagreb, Croatia with Freestyle, followed by Women's Wrestling, and end with Greco-Roman.
