Female spectators of Esteghlal and Persepolis will be able to attend the 102nd Tehran derby at Azadi Stadium.

According to The Iran Project the Esteghlal vs Persepolis match not only in in Asian football, It is well-known as one of the most important derbies in the world. The match is scheduled for next Thursday in Azadi Stadium as a crucial Persian Gulf League match.

For the first time in recent four decades, Women allow to watch the match. Before that Women allowed to attend in Iran league and National team matches. 

However, it has not been announced yet how many women will be able to enter Azadi Stadium on match day.
