Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian called for protecting the rights of the Iranians residing in foreign countries.
Amirabdollahian made the remarks in a meeting with head of Human Rights Headquarters Kazem Gharibabadi.
Providing the required facilities for appropriate living conditions of the Iranian expatriates and defending their civil rights in different countries, as well as their rights in Iran were among the provisions in the draft prepared by Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian and Head of Judiciary Force Human Rights Headquarters Kazem Gharibabadi.
Close and continuous cooperation between the two organizations, especially in an effort to introduce the high level human rights standards in the viewpoint of the Islamic Republic of Iran and highlighting the double standards in western countries were among other issues discussed in the two officials’ meeting.
