SHANA – The Iranian Gas Transmission Company (IGTC) CEO said his company was fully prepared to ensure sustainable gas flow throughout the country during winter.

According to the IGTC, Saeid Tavakoli said besides repairing several gas pipeline throughout the country, IGTC had carried out certain other measures in order to ensure sustainable and secure gas supply to Iranian subscribers in the country during winter.

He said the company had no overhaul plans currently and had fully carried out its plans as scheduled, adding, “IGTC is fully prepared for gas flow in the winter.”

Besides 305 turbo-compressors and 84 pressure stations, IGTC operates 37,169 km of gas pipelines in Iran.
