IRNA – Managing director of Konarak agricultural jihad organization said that over 18,000 tons of watermelon have been exported to foreign countries.

Konarak district is a county in Sistan and Baluchestan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Konarak.

The products were exported to Turkey, Iraq and the Persian Gulf Littoral States, Mohammad Saeed Oliaie told IRNA on Saturday.

The most part of watermelon are produced in Zar Abad, he added.
