IRNA – Iran envoy to Oman Mohammad Reza Nouri Shahroudi in a meeting with Omani Minister of Finance Darwish bin Ismail al-Balushi discussed promoting cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed ways for developing economic cooperation and increasing trade volume between Iran and Oman.

The Trade volume between Iran and Oman has exceeded $1b in the 10 months of the current Iranian calendar year (to end on March 20, 2019).

The figure experienced over 60 percent growth compared with the same period last year.
