IRNA - Pakistan has decided to establish a joint border market with Iran’s cooperation near Taftan border crossing in Balochistan province, local media reported.
According to the local administration officials, the proposed joint market will be established at Taftan town near Iran-Pakistan border.
The agreement to establish joint market was reached at the 22nd Iran-Pakistan Joint Border Commission’s meeting in Iranian city of Zahedan.
Earlier Consul General of Iran in south western city of Quetta had said Iran-Pakistan free economic zone is expected to be inaugurated in the city of Mirjaveh in Iran's Sistan-Baluchestan Province in the coming days.
