MNA – Iran’s Ambassador to Russia Mehdi Sanaei met with Andrei Fursenko the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Science Foundation and Aide to the President of the Russian Federation on Wednesday.

During the meeting, reviewing Iran-Russia bilateral relations in technology, university, education, and science, Sanaei stressed the importance of the development of cooperation in these fields.

Fursenko described cooperation between provincial scientific and educational centers as a link between education, industry and economics.

The two sides also examined the outlook for the two countries' performance in the field of technology and cooperation in fundamental research.
