IRNA – The Rwanda minister of foreign affairs on Tuesday called for improvement of cooperation with Iran.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Rwanda Richard Sezibera on Tuesday met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Rwanda with residence in Kampala Morteza Mortazavi.
During the meeting, Sezibera urged promotion of all-out ties between Iran and Rwanda in all fields, in particular, pharmaceutical and agricultural sectors.
He welcomed presence of Iranian companies in this African country.
The official criticized certain powers' unilateralism and urged multilateralism across the world.
In the meantime, the Iranian envoy submitted Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif's letter to the Rwandan foreign minister.
He referred to Iran's capacities in various fields of communication, electricity, construction, nanotechnology, biotechnology, agriculture and pharmacy and said that the Iranian companies are ready to invest in the African country.
