MNA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres discussed the crisis in Syria and others international issues.







There was an exchange of opinions regarding issues on the UN agenda with a special emphasis on Syrian settlement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday.

Lavrov and Guterres also discussed the prospects for increasing the effectiveness of the United Nations, including its conflict-prevention and peace-making efforts.
