ISNA – An advisor to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stressed that the condition to negotiate with US is to stop an economic war which US president has begun against Iran.

“It seems that @JZarif believes US’ pulling out and leaving the nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is at odds with US President Donald Trump’s claim for holding negotiation with Iranian officials without preconditions. Washington, with reimposing sanctions against Iran, has begun an economic war against us.

Stop the war and then call for dialogue. Without preconditions means without imposing sanctions,” Rouhani’s advisor Hesamodin Ashna wrote in a tweet on Wednesday.
