MNA– The Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei confirmed the proposal of Army Commander Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi and appointed Brigadier General Farzad Esmaili as the assistant commander of Iran’s Army.

Esmaili was the commander of the Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base for eight years before replacing with Brigadier General Alireza Sabahi-Fard on May 29.
