IRNA – The head of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Majlis (Iranian Parliament) met with the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Damascus on Monday.

Alaeddin Boroujerdi is going to meet some other senior Syrian authorities to discuss the recent regional and international developments.

Accompanied by Qasem Jasemi, Karen Khanlari, and Siamak Moreh Sedgh, respectively as representatives of Kerman, Iranian Armenians, and Iranian Jews to the Majlis, Boroujerdi arrived in Damascus on Sunday.
