Press TV - Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani has arrived in Turkmenistan’s capital, Ashgabat, on a state visit meant to enhance bilateral ties.
President Rouhani was officially welcomed by his Turkmen counterpart, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, upon arrival in Ashgabat on Tuesday.

Presidents Rouhani and Berdimuhamedow have held a meeting at the presidential office to discuss a range of bilateral and regional issues.
High-level delegates from the two sides have signed 13 memoranda of understanding (MoU) in the presence of the two countries' presidents.
President Rouhani is on the first leg of a two-day tour that will also take him to Azerbaijan.
